Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Llure Shoe purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet these conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • All footwear categories: Boots, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Sandals

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same steps as the return process
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item (style, size, color)
  3. If the new item has a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the remaining balance

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
