Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All footwear (Boots, Flats, Heels, Loafers, Oxfords, Sandals)

Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your approval email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the same steps as the return process
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item (style, size, color)
- If the new item has a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the remaining balance
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
