They feel and look great but the slingback strap is so stretchy that the shoes don’t lift with your feet when you walk

The worst thing about this purchase is that the shoes did not come in the normal brand shoe box. Rather a beat up Amazon box within another Amazon box. And it was difficult to return. Zappos normal high quality experience from order to delivery has gone in the toilet.

Loved the shoe but the strap is not adjustable. Having a wide foot I ordered a half size up. The shoe fit perfectly but I was unable to customize the strap to fit around the back . I was disappointed.
