Wow! I usually pay a few hundred dollars for good boots, and now I wonder why! I tried these on with thick wool socks and a 3/4 arch support. Perfect fit and very comfortable! I don’t like my toes to be immobilized, and the toe box on these allows my toes to move (even with heavy wool socks). I agree with another reviewer who said these aren’t ideal if you need a full orthotic. I have a slightly narrow foot with a low profile and thin ankles and I don’t think a full orthotic would work in these. I love the look of these also. They are substantial without being clunky.

Fit great with extra room in toes, which is great for boots. Worn with boot socks and not tight at all. I am a firm 7 1/2 size, and did not size up and had plenty of room. Does not slip in the heel. Great for walking on snowy sidewalks. Bottom had lug sole that is slightly grippy.

These are really nice and if I didn’t need an orthotic in them, I’d keep them. But they are made so nicely that it is impossible to review the footbed/sole that is sewn in. If you don’t need an orthotic, these are really cool and comfortable.
