These shoes are gorgeous. When I walked around my home on the carpet, tile, and hard wood floors, they seemed comfortable. However, when I wore them one evening to dinner and then a show – and walked on the concrete sidewalk for about 3 blocks – my feet were killing me. These are shoes you wear when you are getting out of the car and going directly into your destination to sit down immediately. Very sexy, but really not for walking, standing, and certainly not dancing for any sustained amount of time. I will try them again with padded inserts as I think the problem is that there isn’t any cushion or grip inside the shoe and my feet slid forward awkwardly.
